This career reference book removes the mysticism and relieves the anxiety that surrounds the interview process to enable the effective selling of oneself. The discussion,
unique exercises and techniques, as well as vignettes and resources guide the reader through the process of self-discovery and confidence-building and then on to using
the knowledge to create a stellar interview presentation. Information found on the Why Shouldn't We Hire You? is copyrighted under US law and is owned by the authors

David and Ronald capture the true experience of job hunting, interviewing and
negotiating. I have often heard the old saying that “Hunting for a job is a full
time job,” but the tips, examples and real life experiences that they share make
this process less time consuming as well as less intimidating. The tools that they
share are extremely useful and relevant to the job search.
The book is very indicative of the experience and expertise that both David and
Ronald have in this area. It will be very useful to applicants as they pursue
opportunities and should reward them with successful results if followed,
practiced and presented in the ways suggested.
This is truly a great tool in the demanding discipline of job search and
employment.
